When I open a PDF file it works ok. But when I close it I get a message
saying that IE has encountered a problem and must close. Any ideas?

We need more information to be able to help you. Click on the details button
(or details link) when your system crshes and provide:

xxx caused an xxx in xxx at xxx:xxxx

or if you are using a later operating system, provide information about the
files (modules) involved in the crash.

If you are using the Error Reporting Tool, disable it so you can access the
error message in a more understandable form. Informationon how to disable
the Error Reporting Tool is here:

I too have the same issue since I updated to SP2. The error on closingh is
with the pdf.ocx file closing. I also have an MSN account using the MSN
explorer and I can open and close pdf files with no problems it is only with
IE where this problem occures.
